And after a long hiatus, may I present The Understanding: T'Mir's Story, Part 1, by Crystalswolf. It's a fairly complex storyline, so you may want to re-read the other chapters before diving into this one. Enjoy this very unique and somewhat controversial story. 8)

Finally learning to navigate this forum. Loved that "Keeping abreast"... oh, LOL! Once while reading, again half hour later in the shower :)! Think I've been reading "The Understanding" out of order, so I've gotta go back, but even scene by scene it's sharp- vivid as HD. Think it's time I break my addiction to on-line Hearts and get back to more reading & writing, who'll care next month I won 18 games straight LOL :)

Welcome to the forum! Please feel free to comment on the stories you read in the comments section at the bottom of each story chapter. I'm sure the authors would love to know what you think. We try to keep comments out of this thread, though, because a lot of people follow it and use it as notification that a new story's been posted. Don't want to get anybody's hopes up when there's actually nothing new to read. 8)
